Modern Kitchen Mural

This custom kitchen mural brings a soft touch of nature into a contemporary home.

The client wanted a simple botanical design that would complement the warm wood and neutral tones of their new kitchen. I created a minimalist illustration of plants, using soft green tones to add colour while keeping the overall feel calm and understated.

A key part of the project was the pair of large doors on the wall. Their size made them quite prominent within the space, so I incorporated them into the mural design. By extending the botanical shapes and colours across the doors, I helped camouflage them and make them feel like part of the artwork.

The organic shapes bring movement and contrast to the wall without overwhelming the space. The green palette creates a fresh, relaxed atmosphere and connects the kitchen with the natural world.

The result is a seamless feature wall that adds personality while working naturally with the existing interior.
